Ingredients

3 ounces applejack
2 tablespoons sugar
2 or 3 whole cloves
Small piece of cinnamon stick
Thin slice of lemon
Boiling water

Preparation

  1. In a mug or goblet, combine the applejack with sugar and cloves, cinnamon stick, and lemon slice. Fill the mug with boiling water and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Garnish the drink with another lemon slice.
