Ingredients

1 ounce Manischewitz wine
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
4 ounces chilled Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
1 thin lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Combine wine and bitters in a coupe glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with lime.
