A clear cocktail for those parents who have seen "Frozen" exactly 14 times too many, and will get their fill of miniature Annas and Elsas come Halloween night.

Recipe information

  • Yield

Makes 1 (but easily multiplies to serve a gaggle of witches and ghouls) Servings

Ingredients

1½ ounces aquavit
1 ounce St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
Club soda
1 carrot

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Combine aquavit, St-Germain, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a carrot nose—er—stick.

    Step 2

Note: Carrot nose/stick is mostly a joke.
