Ingredients

Cut lemon
Superfine sugar
Maraschino cherry
3 ounces Bénédictine
Dash Angostura bitters
2 or 3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon and then dip it in the sugar. Put a cherry in the bottom of the glass. Combine the Benedictine, bitters, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake lightly. Pour into the prepared glass.
