Ingredients

1 pound sliced rib eye (or boolgogi beef)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
About 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Marinate the sliced rib eye in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic for at least 30 minutes. Stir-fry the meat until thoroughly cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the black pepper, if you like. Set aside.
