10 oz no-yolk egg noodles
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into bits
1/2 cup low-fat chicken stock or low-sodium fat-free chicken broth, heated
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Preparation

  1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain in a colander and immediately toss with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
