Ingredients

2 ounces softened vanilla ice cream
1/4 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
1/4 teaspoon orange liqueur
1/4 teaspoon Cognac
Sparkling Moselle, chilled
Garnishes: green and red cherries, pineapple and orange wedges

Preparation

  1. In a chilled highball glass, combine the ice cream with the maraschino liqueur, orange liqueur, and the Cognac. Fill the glass with chilled sparkling Moselle and stir gently to blend. Garnish the drink with green and red cherries and thin wedges of pineapple and orange.
