Cinnamon-Allspice Butter

    Makes 1/2 cup

Ingredients

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, slightly softened
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Pinch of fine salt

Preparation

  1. Stir together the butter, honey, cinnamon, allspice, and salt in a small bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days before serving. Let soften slightly before serving.
