Makes 3 cups

One 8 ounce Package Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce
One 8 ounce package Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style, coarsely chopped
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
12 Small Celery Leaves, Chopped
Baguette slices, crackers or celery sticks

Preparation

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese and hot sauce. Fold in the Crab Delights and season with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    Transfer to a 7x11-inch baking dish and bake until heated through, about 20-25 minutes.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle with celery leaves and serve with baguette slices or crackers.
