Ingredients

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Whisk lemon juice, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill. Return to room temperature before using.
