Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
3 anchovy fillets, minced
1 chopped scallion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
