2 cups beef stock for the chicken stock

1/2 pound wide egg noodles

Preparation

  1. Follow the same method as for the Shepherd’s Pie filling, swapping lamb or beef for the turkey and beef stock for the chicken stock. Serve the goulash over cooked egg noodles dressed with the butter and chopped chives.
