Lemon Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
Grated zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mash the butter and lemon zest together using a fork. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
