Marinate chicken a day ahead; after ten-minute broil, the dish is ready.

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry Sherry
2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine first 7 ingredients in large shallow dish. Add chicken to marinade. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight,turning occasionally.

    Step 2

    Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade. Broil chicken until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
