Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced shallot (1 small)
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

    Mince garlic and mash to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt, then whisk together with orange and lime juices, shallot, honey, cumin, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
