Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple
6 ounces dry white wine
3 ounces fresh pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
9 ounces sherry
6 very small wedges pineapple

Preparation

  1. Soak the crushed pineapple in the white wine for two or three hours. Pour into a cocktail shaker and add all other ingredients except the pineapple wedges. Chill mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator. Stir and strain into 6 cocktail glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges.
