This dressing is very good on Easy Avocado (page 220). For a creamier French dressing, blend for 1 minute in a blender or mini-food processor.

Ingredients

2/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 packet artificial sweetener

Preparation

  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, paprika, pepper, and artificial sweetener in a jar. Shake well (before each use).
