Juice and grated zest of 2 limes
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon crumbled dried chile pepper or red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
