4-6 ounces chilled dry white wine
2 or 3 ice cubes
Chilled club soda

Preparation

    Pour the wine into a collins glass or large goblet, add the ice cubes and fill with soda. Stir gently.

    For a more festive drink, carefully peel the rind from a lemon in an unbroken spiral, drip into a collins glass, and add the wine and soda as above.
