Yogurt “Tartar Sauce” or Dip

This is especially good as a sauce for Shake-and-Bake Tofu (page 138). You can also use it as a sauce or spread with veggie burgers, or try it as a dip for crisp raw vegetables.

Ingredients

3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt or soy yogurt
2 tablespoons soy mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, or to taste
