Ingredients

1/3 cup kosher salt
5 med garlic cloves
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp white pepper
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp celery seed
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dill weed

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes into thin lengthwise wedges. Coat in olive oil, place on cookie sheet and sprinkle spice mix on them. Bake or broil at 450 for 15-20 mins, depending on how thick your wedges are
