Ingredients

2 lbs. Frozen, cubed Hash Brown Potatoes
16 oz. ctn. of Sour Cream
1 cup Onion (diced)
10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick of Butter
1 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Potato Chips

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients (except potato chips) in mixing bowl. Then, spread evenly across a 9x13 baking pan. Bake @375 degrees for 1-hour (Sprinkle crushed Potato chips over the top of the dish after taking it out of the oven.)
