TINY SHRIMP SALAD

Ingredients

1 pound cooked salad shrimp
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced celery
Dressing:
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh dill

Preparation

  1. Mix together the cooked shrimp, diced red onion and diced celery. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated. Toss the shrimp with the dressing and serve.
